Return Policy:
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. The shirt to be returned must be in undamaged condition, unused, and all original labels and packaging must still be present.
2. Printed shirts (shirts with a name, number, or personalized details) cannot be returned unless an error was made during printing or the product is damaged.
3. Shirts returned without a return request or sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted as returns.
How to Request a Return:
Fill out the contact form and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
1. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
2. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process your refund (if applicable). You will receive the refund via the same payment method you used when placing your order. Please note: It may take up to 10 business days to process the return.
Loss of Right to Return:
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions described above, such as damaged items or products without original tags.

How do I know which size to choose?
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the right size. Our soccer apparel typically fits true to size.

Can I combine multiple shirts in a single order?
Yes, you can combine all shirts in a single order. Our “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” promotion applies to all shirts, including long-sleeve shirts, retro shirts, and kids' sets. Tracksuits are not included in this promotion, but the closing-day discount still applies to them. If you order 8 shirts, you'll automatically receive 6 shirts and get 1 free.

Yes, our 30-day return policy remains in effect even during our closing sale. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note that printed shirts cannot be returned. To request a return, please fill out the contact form. Our team will then get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
At KITPLUG, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We operate two warehouses.
We have a smaller warehouse in the Netherlands. Items in stock at this warehouse are shipped first. Orders shipped from the Netherlands have a delivery time of approximately 2 to 3 business days.
We also have a large international warehouse, from which we ship worldwide. When our Dutch warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from this warehouse.
The processing time for your order is 2 to 4 business days. During this period, your order is carefully checked and prepared for shipment. Once this process is complete, your order will be shipped internationally. The average delivery time is then 5 to 8 business days. This amounts to a total delivery time of up to 12 business days.
We do everything we can to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible and will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive a Track & Trace link so you can track your package. Please note that tracking becomes active only once the package has been scanned by the DHL depot in your region.
Update: Our Dutch warehouse is currently sold out. Orders are now being shipped from our international warehouse.
